at this moment right now i dont need any splash screen yet but after the first Beta of the REAL laucnher with all the tools etc we could discuss about this.

@gos: did you copy the CD contents to the DATA folder?
if yes: where did you installed it?
and for debugging: please post the AUTOEXEC part of your Toon.conf file (just open with notepad)

??? what do you mean? why should you have to use the german version? just copy your Toonstruck CDs into the DATA folder.
Or do you encounter problems? (if so would be interesting to know why, so please just send me a bug report if possible)

ok here we go:
- Just run the Installer.
- Copy the CD Content into the DATA Folder
-> run the Game via the Desktop Shortcut or the Toon.bat

you dont have to install Toonstruck at all. Everything needed is installed by the exe you downloaded.

if you still have problems please do the following:
tell me:
- Where did you install the Files?
- What is written in the Toon.conf file (in the [AUTOEXEC] section)
- have you created any subfolders in the DATA folder? -> read the README file, there you should see how the CDs should be copied into the DATA Folder
- Please post any warnings or error messages you get

and what error messages or problems do you have? and what about the .conf file

and perhaps you could write me what is written in the conf file please

@cyrus please tell me if you have encountered any problems with using the installer with another Version of Toonstruck.
I mean, you said something about not having the german version?

ok i see... i just tried my installer with the english version of toonstruck and it seems that this doesnt work... i will take a look at the differences between each version of toonstruck ... perhaps i am able to filter out the difference and make a multilanguage installer
