Maybe we could bring some more structure in our data (Stories, Dialogs,etc)
and more organization into the whole project.
IMO that should improve things a lot, although it would be a lot of work.

A simple script for sketch organization and version-management would do a good start.

or some online mindmapping software like mindmeister to make story developing easier.

It would make it easier to find an add ideas and comments and people could easily find a way into a project
and they would be able to see our progress more easily

what do you think about it?
Is there a need for it?

Dont worry about the implementation, we should discuss first whether we need it or not
