I so much impressed and happy to see your work
My favorite is the corner picture because i think these are the perfect proportions (take a look at the neck [ok its almost a little bit to wide but ok])

at the artwork: I think that the neck has to be shorter (so taht it cant be seen so good).
In monkey island the necks are are very long but not in toonstruck...
just another detail: i think that something in the face is wrong... but i'm impressed by your work till now.

So:
- try to shorten the neck
- review the original concept of Drew to form up the details of the face

And one last thing: Welcome in the team

the old eyes were better. i will look over the original again and try to define what is "wrong"....


And please try to edit your posts instead of writing new ones every time ok ? ^^


EDIT:
Ok so i think:
- at first: the head is stretched to hard in height
- watch at the eyebrows
- look at the folds under his eyes and around his mouth
- the haircut is different (his forehead should be rounded)
