Hmm... i'm not sure if that character matches with my vision of them.. Maybe you could draw I little bear, which is even respectet from the rest of the gang... that's my vision

You have to think toonstruck-style:

The gang would have only big and brutal members like that but a little, tiny and unfriendly teddybear leader.

The little guy is a great idea! That's exactly the kind of thing which was in the original game. Maybe you should look at BB Wolf's gang for a bit of inspiration since its a similar concept. I like the artwork though, it's very good .

I like the expression of the second one
But IMHO he should look small 'n' cute on the first look.
Maybe not that big. I think he should be as big as flux.
