Bicycle crunches are the most effective abdominal exercises.
To do this exercise, try lying on your back on a yoga mat with your feet raised and your knees pulled toward your chest.
The tips of the fingers should be placed behind the ears. Then do the movement like pedaling a bicycle.

The third most effective abdominal exercise is crunches with a balance ball (medicine ball). This movement is almost the same as sit-ups in general.
Crunch includes exercises that can build abdominal muscles. But moves made on a balance ball will engage the core better.
To do this exercise, lie down on the ball with your hands behind your head. Then do crunches.
According to the researchers, although there is less activity in the abdomen, this movement targets more precise muscle formation.
This exercise is very effective because it requires balance that involves the smaller abdominal muscles.
