I'm glad to see this posted here. For anyone unclear on what this is, it's a list of all the music used in the original game, what rooms they're used for, and the titles of the songs. All of it is royalty-free stock music from a company called Associated Production Music. The file names refer to each song's... er, number, for lack of a better word. For example, "The War Machine" is APM (the library) 28 (the CD number) 17 (the track number). If you use this website here, you can search their database via these numbers (or the song titles if you prefer), and listen to most of the songs in higher quality.
So basically, if you really want to get that "Toonstruck sound", I suggest relying on APM if you're hurting for music.
Just posting to say that I've managed to identify three of the mystery tracks:
"Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy", CLASS 6 #5 "House of Horror", BR 17 #10-11 or BEST 19 #21 #36 #60 (I put them together into one track if anyone wants it...) "Fun Fair", KPM 21 #23.08
