The one piece construction is echoed in the solid one color upper that boats the latest and greatest in both technology and fashion. The stabilizing heel cradle even adds to the overall aesthetic by giving a deeper shade of Grey for a little pop. These are available now at select retailers.

Ivy League⬠⬠ Harvard, Penn Dartmouth For those of you keeping count we have already seen three drops from the New Balance Ivy League Pack. Princeton, Brown and Columbia were posted a few days ago and now we get a chance to see Harvard, Penn and Dartmouth.The same formula is applied when it comes to these models. Each shoe maintains a one color suede upper that falls in line asics cumulus 18 with its collegiate counterpart. So for this round of H710 s we get Harvard in Burgundy, Penn in Grey and Dartmouth in Green. With the exception of Penn s tonal effect the models also have brass D-Rings. Each shoe also sports a crested tongue logo. Look for these to hit Japanese retailers in February.

Columbia Universityâ asics dynaflyte ¬ So far the New Balance Ivy League Collection has let loose a Brown University and Princeton themed H710. This leaves at least 6 more silhouettes in the wings and the next one we get to check out is for Columbia University.As with the previous colorways this demure number is done in Grey leather and mesh. A lighter shade of Grey is used for the heel tab, N log and a darker shade on the midsole. The shoe features a Black outsole that adds a bit of weight and metallic silver D-Rings. Columbia blue is used sparingly on the laces and tongue tag to round the design out. These are set to drop outside of the US in February. Stay tuned for the US release dates.

Princeton⬠New Balance plans to do something special for those of you with Ivy League alma-maters. They are giving eight schools their own sneaker/boot hybrids that have the school colors woven throughout them.This pair of New Balance H710 is done in homage to Princeton. The beige hiking sneaker is crafted of suede and ballistic nylon mesh to form a sort of neutral base. Golden D-rings coincide with the golden emblem on the tongue tag while a deep brown that is found on the midsole and tongue tag is repeated in the laces. The shoes are finished off with a rugged gum bottom that contrasts a lighter lining. No word on the exact release date on these but we will keep you posted.

The Bay Area retailer decided to make over a New Balance 205 and 686 designed 790 boot in matching fashion.Both pairs were designed with the same theme in mind. On either shoe a majority Navy suede and mesh makes up the entire upper with a Pink suede heel capping things off. The similarities stop there however with the 205 being a slim lined runner and the 790 boot being a basketball themed snowboarding boot. These are made to be worn in tandem with the runner in place to give your foot a bit of reprieve after you hit the slopes.

Night Day⬠Pack Perth retailer Highs Lows teams up with New Balance to craft two special asics gel colorways of the 577. The conceptual releases are based on a Night Day theme that reflects beach-side strolls, mid-day cookouts and streetside sundowners.The Night colorway features Black fullgrain leather and raw nubuck with a mesh toebox and 3M highlights as well as a speckled midsole. The Day version consists various shades of blue suede taking the place of the Black leather. As if the literal interpretation on the uppers wasn t enough the insoles also feature the sun or moon to help with further depiction. These will be available on black reebok trainers/a> April 2011 as a part of the World SMU program.
