HANOI Danton Heinen Jersey , March 10 (Xinhua)-- Vietnamese People's Navy on Thursday held a flag-raising ceremony of its first sailing vessel in Nha Trang City in central Khanh Hoa Province, some 1,040 km south of capital Hanoi.


This is the first modern sailing vessel of Vietnamese Navy with missions of training at sea and other military diplomacy activities, reported Quan Doi Nhan Dan (People's Army), an online newspaper of Vietnamese Ministry of Defense.
