Got my hands on a Archos 101 internet tablet with android (just for a short time because its for a university project). I thought that perhaps you would be interested in a Toonstruck tablet (Pad) version, and so I just made some researches... i think it should be possible. When I'm at home I can try to get it running, so stay tuned ^^.
Ok I did it. Got it to work on the Archos 101 Tablet and on my PSP (Finally) I worked weeks just to get it to work properly with the dosbox but srsly its just a pain in the ass because its impossible to get it to work without laggs, choppy sound and slow input.
But now, after scummVM supports Toonstruck, its possible to run it on PSP and Android Platforms and its really smooth . made a video and I will upload it to youtube as soon as i can.
I will post a short tutorial and the links for you to get it done yourself.
Android Tablet: 1. Get your Hands on the ScummVM Android Version: http://sourceforge.net/projects/scummvm/...id.apk/download 2. Put it on your Tablet/Phone etc. 3. Install it. 4. Take the Toonstruck CDs and Copy all Content into one Folder (Both CDs in one Folder) on your Android Platform 5. after that just start ScummVM and choose: Add Game 6. Search for the Folder where you put the CDs 7. Just Choose it and ScummVM will do the rest 8. Enjoy Gaming
PSP: 1. Get the ScummVM PSP Version: http://sourceforge.net/projects/scummvm/...sp.zip/download 2. Put it on your PSP in the PSP/GAME Folder 3. then just copy all the content of both Toonstruck CDs into one Folder 4. put this folder in PSP/GAME/SCUMMVM/TOONSTRUCK (Name is unimportant but this helps finding it) 5. follow the steps from the android tutorial beginning at 5.
I completed Toonstruck within a couple hours on my HTC Desire S immediately after the Scummvm release. Attempted to run it on my PS2 but the game crashes at the second visit to bricabrac. Nice to see this game still has support though.
