Hi,

My Microsoft jigsaw will not download any more puzzles. I notice my downloaded puzzles area looks like it is full. When I tried to download the European Tour puzzle it took my gold and did not give me the puzzle. Also I tried to download a free puzzle and that did not work. How does this get fixed?

Please help.
