2D - Design » Ways of Doing 2D design

Method A
1.) 2 pieces of tracing paper, have character at back
2.) put piece two of tracing paper above piece one
4.) Draw character over 2nd piece but with little movement changes
5.) take both sheets and put piece two behind with character's movement on
6.) put new sheet of tracing paper in front...
7.) repeat steps until finished

Method B
1.) use an advanced graphics program
2.) use a good graphics person
3.) use graphics pen/table, would have to be good and sensetive to pick some movement

what do you think about my ideas?

just so you know, the first one is a lot longer and painstaking where as the second is a lot easier, but might not be as good...
