Other » Alexa believes the music plays but nothing happens

Hello,

I've successfully paired Alexa with my Plex and Alexa tells me there are 2 players available - web (via my browser) and laptop. When I tell Alexa to play something, it says it plays, but nothing happens - I hear no sound and no sign of anything played on the selected player appears... Shouldn't I hear something on my laptop speakers and see the playback progress in the selected player?

Please Help.
