With the nerf to Vaal treaty in three.1, this build needed a full modification. Here it is. It currently twin wields claws and uses a multi-purpose link.

Pros
+ sensible clear speed
+ sensible single target
+ Fast, nice cheap poe exalted orbs QoL
+ High defenses

Cons
- hoping on dodge, that is RNG
- Not HC viable
- Not the most effective league starter..
