I'm not sure where such a post belongs, but I've decided to place it here for the time being. I just thought I'd make mention of my recent attempts to bring some long overdue glory to Toonstruck and this project over the past few days. I am in the process of polishing up a fan-compiled FLAC soundtrack for release on a few different private trackers and have sent out a few emails to pertinent parties in the process. If you poke around the webs for Toonstruck OST info you'll undoubtedly come across the name Lebostein. Whoever this person is, he single-handedly went through the .mus files on each Toonstruck disc and matched up file names with their corresponding catalog numbers in the myAPM online music database (http://www.apmmusic.com/myapm/main.php), posting his findings here: http://home.arcor.de/lebostein/toonstruck.html. Someone under the alias 'dukzcry' (perhaps the same person?) rendered this into torrent form at Demonoid and ThePirateBay late last year in the first-ever FLAC collection of songs from the Toonstruck score. I am hard at work piecing together the few remaining unknown tracks as we speak to be paired with a spreadsheet containing detailed information on each track. I have written Keith Arem, musical director of Toonstruck, with the hopes that he might have a detailed list of the music used in the score and currently await his reply. I've also written Laura Janczewski and the mysterious Hanuka with regard to the existence of any original Toonstruck 2 content, the latter of whom I was unable to reach due to a mailer daemon error in response to the only email address of his I was able to locate. His alternative contact info (skype: jg_markus, aim: hanuk0r, ICQ: 158877950) may be equally obsolete. Ms. Janczewski's inbox has received my message, though time will tell as to whether she sees fit to reply.
While I await word back, I'll be sure to post links to the finished torrent here when it's completed. If there's anything else I can do (preferably more on the investigative and public relations than techie side of things) don't hesitate to ask. I'd be honored to be a part of this project in any capacity that you'll have me.
EDIT: In the event that any of you are expertly and intimately familiar with Toonstruck and/or stock production music, here's a link to a .zip file containing the four tracks still without composer or title information. Any help in this matter is most appreciated.
EDIT 2 : .zip removed due to copyright reasons. tracks in question are as follows:
BRC11051.MUS in the BARNIN2 folder KPM13238.MUS in the CAS1DBL folder KPM42629.MUS in the WRAP folder ending credits
heyho, just a short reply: i already posted the lsit of tracks found by lebostein in the forum but thanks for posting them again .
But theres one thingy: Due to copyright reason it would be the best to NOT make soundtracks available. So i would appreciate to just name the tracks like "i need the name of the track with the title 203.mus". So everyone who has the Toonstruck cds could help you. There s a tool to listen to the sound files (posted in the forums in the extaction area). I know that this makes things difficult but you know copyrights -.-. And one more thing: Would be nice to have you help our project
the zip files contains the tracks right? if so please remove it (i know its dumb but i cant change it). so i think its enough if you post the names because everyone here has toonstruck and can get to hear the tracks
