This pairs the hybrid construction combines elements of the GEL-NIMBUS 20 and GEL-VENTURE 6. A thin layer of rubber cast over the woven textile is wrapped in a colour palette that works alongside Kostadinov's Spring/Summer ready to wear offering.
Once again, the Asics Shoes Green hefty model offers techy midsoles, mesh detailing and a rear pull tab, but the new editions showcase blacked-out panels and pottery-inspired leather alongside the tonal detailing, emphasizing the distinctive hues with strong contrast. Black FlyteFoam outsoles ensure comfort and tie in with the look of the upper, with plastic accents granting an extra sheen for a subtle visibility boost.
The Asics Shoes Women features a white textile upper with black, beige, and grey accents dispersed throughout. The sneaker also boasts FlyteFoam technology in the midsole, a thin translucent layer of rubber along the sides, and an impact guidance system. The sneaker also boasts a rearfoot and forefoot GEL cushioning system.
For their second outing, Asics x Kiko Kostadinov Gel Burz 2 Slate Grey & Forest choose a palette of seafoam, forest, and terracotta, taking inspiration from traditional Bulgarian pottery. The trio of mesh and suede silhouettes feature overlay panels and stitched form stripes sat atop a FoamFlyte sole unit to create a unique utility-inspired aesthetic, offering up a tactical-feel that bridges both sports and style.
