Other » Concrete 2D/1D Member Design missing?

Hello,

Plz help me to activate the member design in scia 2013 because it seems that the problems are not in reloading my license file
2D and 1D
-Member design-Design-ULS is missing when i start analysis the concrete for beam,column and plate.
Please help if you have met the same problems
