A merged email account was created if you combined an AT&T email address/Member ID and a Yahoo email address/Yahoo ID into a single email account with a single inbox. This allowed you to sign in to both AT&T and Yahoo sites, including myAT&T and att.net, with a single password that was managed within myAT&T.
