Other » Problem with WORD shutdown - mail merge ?

hello,

Even in new documents, when i:
Select recipients -> use existing list

and i confirm the selected excel file, the WORD shuts down and restarts (MS WORD error).

I have this problem on 4 computers, but on 5th this function works with the same files works.
These 4 computers are working in the domain. Could this be the source of the problem?
