I have a HP 15 Notebook PC running Windows 10. A week ago, the sound started being heard in both the headphones and the speakers at the same time. A couple of days ago, i downloaded the newest Realtek audio driver and now I have no sound in my headphones when they are plugged in but it still comes out of my speakers. I then uninstalled the Realtek audio driver and downloaded the newest driver and I still have the same problem. No sound from the headphones. I do not think that my computer recognizes my headphones.


Please help.
