Sounds - Voices - Music » LS9 phantom power problem ?

hello,

I've got an LS9 which has phantom power issues. I metered it out and it's only sending out 24v, which drives most things ok plugged into the back of the desk but doesn't seem to work at the other end of a multicore. Anyone have any ideas how I can fix it? I suspect I'm just gonna have to put a new power supply board.
