You may remember Missy s older sister Laurie, who was one of the earlier Doernbecher designers. At age 5, Missy lost her older sister to a brainstem tumor and since then, Missy has faced many challenges. In 2013, doctors determined that Missy had Type 1 Diabetes, and after having an echocardiogram, they also determined that she had an atrial septum defect.

Symbolizing the many finger pricks that must be done to help Missy keep her diabetes under control. The alternate tongue features her sister s initials, so Missy will have her big sister with her throughout the journey that lies ahead. ÿþErrolson Hugh (the man behind Acronym) just revealed a fourth Nike Sb Blazer colorway from his recently released Acronym x Nike Air Presto Mid collab in the brands lookbook for their Fall/Winter 2018 Collection.This new Acronym x Nike Air Presto Mid colorway opts for a Black and Grey color scheme offset by the Silver Chrom accents noted on the cage, toe cap and one of the heel counters. Other detail on the shoe include the White branded taping along the tongue area, Grey midsole, Black laces and Black tongue.
