It also declared Sudan's recognition of the legitimacy of the elected Libyan House of Representatives which is currently convening its meetings in Tobruk, urging all the Libyan parties to enter into negotiations to achieve national reconciliation and to refrain from violence and armed clashes which wastes the energies of the Libyan people.


Earlier, the Field Commander of the Libyan National Army Ashraf El Hasi said in an interview with the Arabic Sky News that Sudan attempted to move a convoy of vehicles carrying Yemeni fighters into Libya. He said the convoy was detected at the border town of El Kufra.
