The activation code for McAfee is 25 characters long and it consists of alphabets and numbers. Here is how you can activate McAfee on your device:
1. Firstly, you need to head over to the following website: www.mcafee.com/activate.
2. After that, go to your email and open the mail which has the activation code. Or else, open the purchased kit and find the activation code printed on the retail card.
3. Copy the product activation code.
4. Go to your taskbar and click on the McAfee antivirus icon. Mac users can go to their Dock and use Finder to locate McAfee antivirus program.
5. Double –click on it and wait for it to launch.
6. Click on the Mcafee Activate option.
7. Just paste the product key in the Activation screen.
8. Press the enter key, and your product will get activated.
