ABUJA， Aug. 9 (Xinhua) -- German Gernot Rohr has been appointed as ""technical adviser"" of Nigeria's national soccer team after he signed a two-year contract with local football administrative officials in Abuja on Tuesday， the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) said.
