LOS ANGELES, July 4 (Xinhua) -- Plus-size model, Natalie Hage, denounced a man who had fat shamed her on a flight to Los Angeles on social media last Friday, and her experience of confronting the discrimination aroused huge response.

"That's none of your business," the man shouted back.


"My body is also none of your business, so you have no idea what I can or can't do with it," she answered.


The man named Eric first denied the comment, but then apologized later when Hage quoted his words to challenge him. He slammed Hage again by questioning she should not sit on the exit row because she could not help others when an emergency happened. Hage explained that she works out five times a week and she is a model. The man apologized again and offered to buy her dinner.
